Title: Appalachia underground natural gas storage clears first test
Post by: claude on January 21, 2018, 09:56:43 PM

I certainly hope that some of the 123 $Billion$ mentioned concerning this project is designated for the private landowners who own the property within the storage areas of the underground caverns.

Unfortunately, this has not been the case for the thousands of landowners across 31 states who have had their property stolen by the Federal government, FERC, state governments, courts, and gas and pipeline companies for illegal underground natural gas storage.

Gas and pipeline companies make $Millions$ of dollars annually from underground natural gas storage on private property with minimal or ZERO compensation to the private landowners who are owners of the scarce and extremely valuable 415 underground caverns across the united states.

Gas and pipeline companies must be forced to retroactively fairly compensate landowners who were illegally coerced into signing illegal perpetual leases or had their property stolen by the FERC illegal imminent domain.
