Since it was only a small spill and since it is not really tied to the fracking process but the anti idiots will use it. No one should report it. They were handled by the authorities appropriately. Had it been ignored or hidden then it may require reporting.  Our regulations worked again other states would not even have ever known.

It really is proof that the containment process with liners and berms enforced by DEQ.....works!!!!  ;D
