Political observers say the great divide in the US is city vs. countryside. They’re correct and Upstate New York faces a grim future unless things change.

Living so close to the Twin Tiers of NY & PA you don't need to be Rhodes Scholar,
to see the dire difference in the two States, even though PA has the Down State problems (Philly Region) to contend with effecting their status, they are light years away.

Now with the Gov. of NY having his sights on the White House in 2020, there goes up state NY down the toilet for sure, he will try to carve out what remains of the Clinton people to expand this into the platform he is creating now for his next run as Gov. and use this as a springboard to national prominence.

Up State NY keep your back against the wall you about to be violated again.
