The Dividing Line Between Upstate NY Distress and PA Success

Upstate NY has 53 “distressed communities.” Comparing the worst to two Pennsylvania shale communities shows us Gov. Corruptocrat’s fracking ban didn’t help.

There is much to be said also in another thread about the situation that exists in the Southern Tier of NY.

Graphs are great in showing the differences of the communities in question, but being where the Rubber meets the Road, you don't need to be a Rhodes Scholar to know/see the dire straits the are so profound in the Southern Tier of NY.

It is so sad to know what could be for the people, and because of REGULATIONS that cause so much migration and pain for them that can not, for one reason or another have to be inflicted with misery that could be avoided just because of Political Gain.
