  You should recieve Division Orders with a detailed map shortly before you start getting royalties. Also many companies like to survey the units before putting anything definitive down on paper. Sometimes they survey each individual parcel.

Thanks MACAL, that's good information to have.  I'll just be patient and wait for the documents.

I do appreciate the help everyone has offered.  Between now and the time I get the Division Orders I'll probably just be a lurker here and try to learn more.

  Are you getting royalty? If so they should have sent you division orders. Do they have your correct mailing address?

if someone is receiving royalties, then at some point they have received a check by mail, presumably at their correct mailing address.
