Sempra Adds New Underground Natural Gas Storage Capacity
« on: December 20, 2017, 07:27:11 PM »
The State of Mississippi, The Federal Government, FERC, Courts, and Gas and Pipeline companies are continuing to ripoff private landowners in Mississippi and 31 states across the USA with unfair compensation for underground natural gas on private property. Gas and Pipeline companies make $Millions$ of dollars annually on private property with ZERO or minimal compensation for underground natural gas storage. Private landowners are the owners of these extremely valuable underground caverns. The state and federal governments and courts are violating the 5th Amendment rights of private landowners by illegal eminent domain and illegal perpetual leases and illegally giving these caverns to Gas and Pipeline companies. Gas and Pipeline companies must be forced to retroactively compensate landowners for underground storage on private property from the date of signing of illegal perpetual leases and illegal eminent domain seizure of private property.
