Offer for a gathering line in Southern Western Pa. ROW is $1.00 per inch of diameter of pipe per foot.

Friend from New Milfred Twp.,Susquehanna co. just received a offer for a water line of $1.00 Ft and $1.00 a inch for diameter. In his case it would be $1.00 ft and 16in water line which means $16.00 a foot for the water line.
Looking to see if anyone has any current info if this is a good deal or not. Thanks

Somehow I missed this thread when I was negotiating a ROW agreement.

Remember if they really want your signature, they might agree to everything you ask for. Make sure you ask for enough.;)

Speaking of Pipelines...does anyone have an update on the status of the line being negotiated by PVR that was to connect Lycoming County to the Wellsboro line? - -I understood it was built as far as Canton..but no info/or activity on the proposed section through Hamilton Twnsp/Covington Twsp for several months.
