abarta oil and gas
« on: March 22, 2010, 06:06:07 PM »
i have a small tract in the center of a  proven gas feild which has been producing for over 30 years.

i have 100% of my minerals and will not pool nor accept any less than the standard royality.

abarta oil and gas want to drill but will only do so if i pool with lands/ wells next to me.

they will not provide any details as to how many wells in the pool or the acerage.

sounds to me like a screwing!!!

any ideas?

Take the deal you will be left out if you refuse to pool your acreage, no other operator will ever come in and lease you parcel

how small is small?

obviously if you've just got a few acres you should take the deal

if "small" means 50 acres -- then, who knows
