Pooling/Unitization Lease Language
« on: July 31, 2010, 08:17:25 AM »
I am looking for samples of language on pooling/unitization to include in a lease.  I do want to make sure that I restrict the language to a specific formation and that all of our acreage be included in the drilling unit. I have heard this call "All in or all out"  Thanks

The initial (this past winter?) Margaria leases in Cross Creek, Washington County have an all or none clause. Can't vouch for its validity.

Use Landex.com to get a copy.
80ac AlleghenyCounty, PA still unleased, 70 ac Washington County finally leased
